Orders & deliveries

Book an order, assign work and follow it to delivery.

Book an order

Select New order. Choose a customer, garment and quantity. Enter the stitching price per piece and promised delivery date. Add the fabric description, fit profile and stitching notes. One order contains one garment type.

Record an advance

Before saving a new order, enter the advance received and its payment method. The advance is recorded against that order. Later collections can be added from Payments. The amount recorded cannot exceed the order total.

Add a tailor

Open Shop settings. In Tailors / team members, enter names separated by commas, then save. Free allows two names; Premium allows fifty. Choose a name in the order’s Assigned tailor field. These names label assignments; they do not create staff logins.

Update the stage

Follow each order through Booked, Cutting, Stitching, Finishing, Ready and Delivered. Update the stage as work progresses so your overview reflects what actually needs attention.

Check deliveries and print a slip

Open Orders and use the delivery filters for due today, upcoming or overdue work. Open an order and use its print action for an order slip. Your shop name, phone and address come from Shop settings. A slip is an order record, not an automatically generated tax invoice.
