Customers & measurements
Add customers, save a fit and use it on the next order.
Add your first customer
Open Customers → Add customer. Enter a name, a phone number if available, and any useful preferences. Save the customer. Use the search box to find them on their next visit.
Create a measurement profile
Open Measurements → New measurement. Choose the customer and garment, name the profile (for example, “Regular fit”), and select inches or centimetres. Enter the measurements you need, add fit notes, then select Save measurements. Add a customer first if your shop is empty.
Choose the right garment
Profiles are available for Shirt, Trouser, Kurta pajama, Suit, Salwar suit, Blouse, Lehenga, Dress and Alteration. The fields change to suit the garment. You can keep more than one named profile for the same customer.
Attach measurements to an order
In New order, choose the customer and garment, then select a matching measurement profile. A copy is saved with the order. Editing the original profile later does not silently change measurements on an existing order.
Switch between inches and centimetres
Use the unit selector inside the measurement form. Changing it converts the values already entered. Check the converted values before saving. You can also set a preferred default unit in Shop settings.
