Yes. Free includes 50 customers, 30 new orders per calendar month and 2 tailor names. Measurements, payment records, printed order slips and JSON backup downloads are included. No card is needed to create a Free account.

Yes. Threadbook runs in a browser on a phone, tablet or computer. You need an internet connection to sign in and save your real shop records. A Windows installer is not required.

Open Shop settings, enter names separated by commas in Tailors / team members, then save. Select a name when creating or editing an order. Free allows 2 names and Premium allows 50. These are assignment names, not separate staff accounts.

Yes. Save named measurement profiles, such as Regular fit or Wedding suit, for each garment. Profiles support inches and centimetres. Choose a matching profile when booking an order.

The current release includes one owner login per shop. Tailor names help you assign and report on work, but they do not provide separate logins.

The Payments workspace records collections you have received by cash, UPI, card or bank transfer. It does not take online payments from your customers. Payments for a Threadbook Premium membership are managed separately in Plans & billing.

₹349 for 30 days, or ₹3,350.40 for 365 days. The annual price saves ₹837.60 compared with twelve ₹349 purchases. Premium checkout is opening soon; you can request Premium from inside your Free workspace.

No. Premium is prepaid and manually renewed. There is no automatic recurring mandate. Renewal is available during the final seven days and extends from the current expiry.

Free limits apply again. Your existing records remain available, and you can keep recording payments and downloading JSON backups. Creating new customers or orders remains subject to the Free limits.

Yes. Both plans include Download backup in Shop settings. It creates a JSON file of your workspace. Premium also includes order CSV exports.

At the start of each calendar month in India time. The allowance counts newly added orders, including imported orders; it is separate from the length of a Premium membership.

Check that you entered the correct email address, look in your spam folder, and use Resend confirmation email on the signup screen after the waiting period. Open the confirmation link in the same browser. If you already have an account, use Sign in or Forgot password.

Not in the current release. You can print order slips and record payment methods. Automatic WhatsApp or SMS messages and automatic tax invoices are not included.

Yes. After creating your shop, select Explore demo in the app navigation. The sample workspace is clearly marked, and its edits do not change your real records. Select Return to my shop when you are ready.
