Sign in, understand plan limits and manage membership.
Create and confirm your account
Select Start free, enter your email and create a password of at least twelve characters. Open the confirmation email in the same browser to finish. Check the spam folder if it does not appear. The signup screen offers a resend option after a short wait.
Reset your password
On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password? and enter your account email. Open the reset link in the same browser, then enter and confirm your new password. Never share your password or an email verification code.
Understand Free
Free includes fifty customers, thirty new orders per calendar month and two tailor assignment names. The monthly order allowance resets at the start of each month in India time. Imported orders count towards the allowance. See usage in Plans & billing.
Understand Premium
Premium is ₹349 for 30 days or ₹3,350.40 for 365 days. It includes 5,000 customers, 500 new orders per calendar month, 50 tailor names, reports and order CSV export. Premium supports an archive of up to 10,000 orders. Each plan covers one shop and one owner login.
Premium availability and renewal
Premium checkout is not open yet. Sign in, open Plans & billing and select Request Premium to record your interest while continuing on Free. When paid checkout is available, memberships are prepaid and manually renewed; there is no automatic recurring charge. Renewals are available in the final seven days and extend the current expiry.
After expiry or a payment issue
After Premium expires, Free limits apply. Existing records, payment recording and JSON backup downloads remain available. If a membership payment has completed but your plan has not updated, use Refresh plan in Plans & billing and check the payment status before paying again. Keep the payment reference for any follow-up. Refunds are handled through the payment provider; there is no in-app refund button.
